They always get you in quickly for appointments. It's always quiet and nice in the waiting room for parents and they even have coffee. The staff is very nice and polite. None of my procedures were painful. I love this points system for rewards too!

My Klein appointment was this morning. The receptionist greeted me upon my arrival into the door. This was the beginning of a pleasant visit. I arrived exactly on time and was taken directly to the chair. The dental assistant greeted me very friendly. She reviewed the information from my previous visit and inquired about my previous issues. I appreciate the interaction and information provided to questions. The orthodontist was thorough and completed in a timely manner. I also appreciate that Klein is having a Canned Food Drive. Giving back to the community is always good.

Everyone is so nice. My mom likes how quick they are.
